How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the paywall (Profile → Upgrade for $5.99) and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

What's included in the 7-day free trial?

Everything. Personalised insights, "What's coming" predictions, partner sharing, and the Pediatrician PDF report. No payment is taken during the trial. You can cancel any time before day 7 with no charge.

How do I share with a partner?

Profile → Partner sharing → Invite a caregiver. Share the 6-character code via Messages, WhatsApp, or however suits. Your partner enters the code in their copy of Nurtura to join your timeline.

How do I export logs for my pediatrician?

Profile → Share with your doctor → Pediatrician report. Generates a 1-page PDF of the last 14 days of logs and opens the system share sheet so you can email, AirDrop, or save to Files. Premium-only.

Will my logs sync between my phone and iPad?

Yes, if you sign in with an email address. Cloud sync is opt-in; without sign-in your logs stay on the device they were created on.

How do I confirm my baby's birth date after pregnancy?

Profile → Child → "Baby has been born". Enter the actual birth date and Nurtura switches from pregnancy mode to newborn mode automatically.

I logged the wrong day — how do I edit?

Go to the Log tab and re-submit for the same date. Your previous entry will be updated, not duplicated.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

Profile → Notifications → toggle off "Daily log reminder". Or disable Nurtura notifications in iOS Settings.

Is Nurtura medical advice?

No. Nurtura helps you notice patterns and feel prepared, but it's not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace professional advice. If anything concerns you, talk to your pediatrician.
