Terms for Leap Journey.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are between you and Micah John Walker, operator of Leap Journey. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be an adult able to enter this agreement and must have authority to enter any information about a child.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Leap Journey on devices you own or control, subject to app-store rules. You may not reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, misuse, or use the app unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits it. App content, design, and software remain ours or our licensors'.

Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It has no free trial and does not renew automatically. The price and currency shown by the App Store purchase sheet control for your transaction; the US price is currently $2.99. Apple processes payment, restoration, and refunds under its terms. Features may evolve, but a valid lifetime entitlement will not be converted into a recurring subscription.

Educational use, not medical care

Leap Journey provides general educational development information, local summaries of what you record, and activity ideas. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, predict, or prevent any condition. Development varies, and app content may be incomplete or unsuitable for an individual child. Check with a qualified health professional before relying on the app for a health decision or trying an activity when safety is uncertain. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact local emergency services.

Your content and responsibility

You retain rights in information and photos you add. You grant no cloud-content licence because the app does not upload that content to us. You are responsible for accuracy, authority to use the content, device security, backups, supervision of activities, and deciding what to share through exported reports or the system share sheet.

Availability and changes

We may fix, improve, replace, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Purchase restoration depends on Apple and RevenueCat services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leap Journey is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Apple terms and governing law

Apple is not responsible for the app or these Terms, except as required by its platform terms. The Apple Standard EULA also applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their country of residence.
